Only 2 ingredients: cream cheese and chocolate |
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and 1/3 of chocolate chips |
- Place soften cream cheese in a bowl
- Melt 1/3 chocolate chips
I used my mixer to mix the melted chocolate with the cream cheese - Mix together
Spoon onto cookie sheet - Spoon onto wax paper covered cookie sheet
Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours - Leave in refrigerator for a couple of hours
Melt remaining chocolate chips - Melt remaining 2/3 chocolate chips
Top or dip truffles in the melted chocolate then refrigerate overnight - Spoon or dip chocolate onto truffle balls
- Refrigerate overnight
Store in plastic container - Move truffles into plastic container and refrigerate
That's it! Super simple. The hardest part is waiting during the refrigerating parts!
