I made this friendship t-shirt for one of my relatives. Everyone loves Charlie Brown!

Turkey T-Shirt
Hello, Friends! Thanksgiving will be here this week! Wow, how this year flown by! I have so many things in my life to be thankful for that I literally fall asleep at night thanking God. Family is at the top of my list.
At my job this week we had a Snack Day / Potluck Day. I thought I would make myself a fun turkey shirt to wear.
I found this cute turkey file on a Facebook group, but you can also purchase it on Etsy. The original version is all brown. I added the color-filled background as well as coloring the bow on top of the turkey. The original version also comes with a blank center as the creator had envisioned it being filled with a monogram. I went to Tagedo and keyed in "gobble and wobble" to make my Word Art center.
Once designed, I heat pressed my imaged.
Hope you all have a blessed Thanksgiving this year! ~ Marilyn

Friendship Algorithm T-Shirt
Hello, Friends! One of the benefits of having a heat press in your home is being able to make your own t-shirts on a whim. Here is a tee made using the The Big Bang Theory's character Sheldon Cooper flow-chart on making a new friend.
This particular t-shirt will be worn by my grandson Andrew at his middle school.

Pillow Talk
Hello, Friends! Marilyn here with a heat press / pillow project. These cases would be a great wedding or bridal shower gift.
Here's what you'll need to create this:
1. Pillow Cases - purchased my set from Walmart for about $12.94.
2. Type in "Mr and Mrs" using font Chopin Script (free download from dafont.com). Add a heart and place where the period would appear after Mr. and Mrs. I sized my as large as I could fit onto an 11x17 page since I was using king sized pillows.
Type your last name smaller to fit the ends of the pillow cases.
3. Print and heat press at 375 degrees for 20 seconds. Use a hot peel process.
4. Put the pillows in your cases and enjoy!

Basketball Birthday
Hello, Friends! Marilyn here. My DIL has twin nephews who will be 6 on the 10th of this month. She is putting together their birthday party and is using a basketball theme. If you're from Oklahoma like us, there's only ONE basketball team - The OKC Thunder!
So, I offered to pitch in a bit my making shirts for the twins and their father. The logo for the OKC Thunder was found from an online search. I downloaded it and traced it within my Silhouette software and created a Print and Cut from it.
The logo was sized and printed using my Ricoh 7100 printer and Opaque "Dark" Transfer paper. Images were the cut out with my Silhouette Cameo and heat pressed onto the shirts at 345 degrees for 20 seconds. The Opaque Transfer Paper requires a cool peel.
The back of the shirts sport their age "6". Their father's shirt has "DAD" on it.

I Have Found The One Whom My Soul Loves
Hello, Friends! Marilyn here. Today (June 22), my husband and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Hard to believe it's been 25 years - it went by in a blink of the eye. I'm a very lucky woman to have found the one whom my soul loves.
My project today is a pillow cover that uses the Bible verse from Song of Solomon 3:4.
I purchased a pillow cover from Walmart. Can't remember what I paid for it. It's a hounds-tooth pattern in polyester.
Using my Silhouette software, I simply typed the text out and sized it at 10" x 8.25". I sent the design to my ink transfer printer (Ricoh SG7100DN). The PowerDriver software that manages my printer flips the image for me and prints it out on Transfer Paper.
I pre-heated my heat press for 375 degrees. The ink transfer paper is positioned in the center and covered with a Teflon sheet. I pressed at 375 degrees for 20 seconds. The ink transfer printer I use is meant for cotton fabrics only. When I pressed it to my polyester pillow cover, it did transfer fine but also made a dark square around my image. Personally, I'm OK with this. After all, I have found the one whom my soul loves... what more could I ask for?
